Data We Collect
- Account data: email address, password hash, email verification state.
- Authentication and security data: access/refresh tokens, CSRF tokens, login and security event metadata.
- Sync content: saved settings, notes/items you choose to sync, dashboard layout/preferences, bookmarks/groups, and optional background metadata.
- Billing data: subscription status, plan, provider customer/subscription IDs, billing period dates, cancellation state.
- Diagnostics and logs: technical logs needed for abuse prevention, reliability, and incident response.
Purpose and Lawful Basis
We process data to provide authentication, sync, subscription verification, customer support, fraud prevention, and service security.
Where GDPR applies, lawful bases include contract performance, legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), legal obligations, and consent for optional features where required.
Data We Do Not Sell or Collect for Ads
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your account or sync content for third-party advertising profiles.
GNTD is not intended to collect browsing history as a product feature.
Storage Locations
Data may be stored locally in browser extension storage and remotely in cloud infrastructure when account/sync features are enabled.
Third-Party Processors and Sharing
We share only what is required with service providers that help operate GNTD, for example payment processing (Paddle), hosting/database, email delivery providers, and operational analytics/diagnostics used on our service pages.
We may disclose data if required by law, to enforce terms, or to protect users and service security.
Retention
Account and sync data are retained while your account is active. After deletion requests, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required for legal, tax, fraud, or security obligations.

You can request access, correction, deletion, and where applicable withdrawal/objection to certain processing by contacting isma.aka747@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling requests.
Residents with applicable regional rights (including GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA-style rights) may submit requests through the same support channel.

We use HTTPS in transit, token-based authentication controls, access restrictions, and technical/organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data.
Children's Privacy
