Service Description
GNTD is a browser extension that replaces the new tab page with a customizable dashboard.
Free features are available without a paid subscription. Premium features require an active paid subscription.
Account Terms
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for actions under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, legal violations, or attempts to compromise service security.
Subscription and Billing
Premium subscriptions bill on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not immediately remove Premium if the current billing period is already paid. Premium remains active until the end of the paid term (current_period_end), then expires.
Repeated cancellation requests are handled idempotently and return the current cancellation state.
Pricing and Feature Changes
We may update pricing, plans, or features from time to time. Material changes are communicated via service pages, checkout flow, app messaging, email, or store listing updates as appropriate.
New prices generally apply prospectively (for example, at a future billing cycle) unless otherwise required by law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not abuse the API, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through the service.
- Do not use GNTD in a way that degrades availability for others.
Termination and Deletion
You may stop using GNTD at any time. You may request account deletion using available account controls or by contacting support.
After deletion, access to account-bound sync and Premium features ends, subject to any required legal retention.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
GNTD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the service.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction identified in the publisher/store legal details, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
Before formal proceedings, please contact support so we can try to resolve disputes informally.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
