Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when refunds may be granted for Premium subscriptions.

Refund Window

Eligible requests should be submitted within 14 days from the charge date.

Subscription Charges

Recurring charges are processed by Paddle according to the plan selected at checkout.

Cancellation stops future renewal billing. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund for charges already paid.

Processing Timeline

We typically respond within 3 business days. If approved, refund settlement timing depends on Paddle and your payment method provider, usually within 5-10 business days.

Processor Role

Refunds are initiated by us through Paddle. Final posting times are controlled by payment networks and your bank/card provider.
